Configuration Item Description ​

General ​

Command Input

  • Launch MethodInteger: Select whether to create a new Word file or open an existing one

  • Driver MethodInteger: Select the driver method

  • Word File Pathstring: Enter or select the path of the Word file to open

  • VisibleBoolean: This option does not limit Word automation capabilities, it is used to control whether the operation is visible to the user. If running Word in non-visible mode, the Word file must be closed after saving

Command Output

  • Save Word Object ToTDocumentApplication: Specify a variable to save the Word object. This Word object can be used for Word automation operations

Advanced ​

  • Open Passwordstring: Password used to open the encrypted Word file

  • Edit Passwordstring: Password used to edit an encrypted Word file

  • Delay Before(milliseconds)Integer: The waiting time before instruction execution

Error Handling ​

  • Print Error LogsBoolean: Whether to print error logs to the "Logs" panel when the command fails. Default is checked.

  • Handling MethodInteger:

    • Terminate Process: If the command fails, terminate the process.

    • Ignore Exception and Continue Execution: If the command fails, ignore the exception and continue the process.

    • Retry This Command: If the command fails, retry the command a specified number of times with a specified interval between retries.
